 My Praise Belongs To You

The very first examination I sat for this semester was Financial Accounting. And let me tell you, it was the worst paper I sat for, ever, during my tertiary education (Poly and Uni). Literally! It was so bad that I couldn't finish ANY question in the paper... All I tired to do was struggle to do whatever parts of the question I could remotely recognise from lectures and tutorials. Needless to say, at the end of the paper, I felt that I would fail the module. It was the first of my 4 examinations so I felt particularly lousy about myself.

The moment I reached home I poured out my sorrows in the form of a poem to God and posted it on my blog on 28 April. I said that if I passed I would praise Him and if I fail, still I would praise Him. This post today is in response to that.

I PASSED MY FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING!!!

I so totally understand what Nana was talking about when she blogged about something similar. :D :D :D

So dear Lord, this post is in Your honour. I praise You for You deserve all my praise. For all the things You've brought me through, for all the good things You've given me. From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU!!! *Hugs*

My grades aren't and haven't been fantastic all through my Uni days, but they're improving nonetheless. This is my best semester yet! :) I won't give up; I will struggle on and let God continue to mould my mindsets and my character.

here i am
Praise the LORD.

Praise God in his sanctuary;
praise him in his mighty heavens.

Praise him for his acts of power;
praise him for his surpassing greatness.

Praise him with the sounding of the trumpet,
praise him with the harp and lyre,
praise him with tambourine and dancing,
praise him with the strings and flute,
praise him with the clash of cymbals,
praise him with resounding cymbals.

Let everything that has breath praise the LORD. Praise the LORD.
(Psa 150:1-6)

this is me
Christ's life showed me how, and enabled me to do it. I identified myself completely with him. Indeed, I have been crucified with Christ. My ego is no longer central. It is no longer important that I appear righteous before you or have your good opinion, and I am no longer driven to impress God. Christ lives in me. The life you see me living is not "mine," but it is lived by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me. (Gal 2:20 MSG)
